Currently, the following rates and policies apply:
Rates for New Tenants:
- Base Rent: The base space rent will be $578 per month.
- Required Add-Ons: Please note that add-ons are mandatory and not included in the base rent.
- Total Monthly Rent: The total monthly rent for a space with full hookups is $900.53 (base rent plus add-ons, excluding utilities).
Important Policy Updates:
- We no longer offer short-term or weekly rentals. Overnight stays are not permitted.
- On-site laundry facilities (washer and dryer) and restrooms with showers are available for resident use only.

Sierra Trails RV Park is located in Mojave, California. We offer a clean environment where you can conveniently park your RV. Our grounds have on-site laundry, a rec room, and a pool. and many more amenities, so you can enjoy your comfortable stay.
Long Term Monthly
Our long-term monthly sites come with a 50-amp power hookup, and we include water, trash, and electricity in the price. Please note that you will need to provide your own TV, internet, and propane.
Availability
Looking for monthly storage? Our facilities are available to everyone, whether you're a current tenant or not. Please be aware that we no longer offer short-term options like weekly rentals.
