Currently, the following rates and policies apply:
Rates for New Tenants:
- Base Rent: The base space rent will be $578 per month.
- Required Add-Ons: Please note that add-ons are mandatory and not included in the base rent.
- Total Monthly Rent: The total monthly rent for a space with full hookups is $900.53 (base rent plus add-ons, excluding utilities).
Important Policy Updates:
- We no longer offer short-term or weekly rentals. Overnight stays are not permitted.
- On-site laundry facilities (washer and dryer) and restrooms with showers are available for resident use only.
Monthly Long Term Site
- 50 amp
- Water, trash, sewer & eectric Included.
- Residents must provide their own television, internet, and propane.
Premium Long Term Sites
- $578 + Add-Ons (excluding utilities) Please note Add-Ons are not optional.
- 30 amp & 50 amp availability.
- Security deposit – $100
- Sewer, water, garbage, & electric
- Grill & picnic table
- Residents must provide their own television, internet, and propane.
Additional Options
- Storage spaces available for residents only.
- Speak with the manager about storage spaces and extra parking spaces.
- We do not offer Non-resident storage.
